1. Services Provided

CR Resumes provides digital products and career support services, including:

  • Resume Templates available for immediate download

  • Custom Resume Writing Services

  • Custom Cover Letter Writing Services

  • 1-on-1 Resume Review & Strategy Sessions

 

Full Service Packages, which include:

  • Resume optimization and rewriting

  • Cover letter creation and optimization

  • Job hunting and job search support

  • Job application submissions on your behalf

 

Full Service Packages currently include:

  • 2-Week Package

  • 3-Week Package

  • 4-Week Package

  • 6-Week Package

 

⚠️ Availability Notice:
Full Service Packages are limited in availability. Due to high demand, some packages may become unavailable or sold out at any time. Availability is not guaranteed and packages may return for booking at any time without notice.

All services are performed on a best-effort basis to improve your job search outcomes.

2. Nature of Services & No Guarantee of Employment

CR Resumes provides resume, cover letter, and job application assistance services intended to support your job search.

We do not guarantee:

  • Job placement

  • Interviews

  • Employment offers

All hiring decisions are made solely by employers and are beyond our control.

3. Ordering Process & Service Timeline

  • All orders are processed upon receipt of full payment.

  • Custom Resume and Cover Letter services are delivered within 5–10 business days after all required information is received.

Full Service Timeline

  • Full Service Packages are available for purchase when in stock.

  • Services operate on a queue-based system due to limited capacity.

 

By purchasing Full Service, you acknowledge:

  • Service may take up to forty-five (45) business days to begin

  • Within this 45 business day timeframe, you will receive your optimized resume and cover letter

  • The job hunting and application process will begin within the same 45 business day timeframe

  • Your official service start date is when work begins, not the purchase date

  • You will be notified when your service officially starts

4. Authorization and Representation

By purchasing Full Service, you authorize CR Resumes to:

  • Use your personal and professional information

  • Modify and optimize your resume and cover letter

  • Search for relevant job opportunities

  • Submit job applications on your behalf

  • Respond to standard application questions when necessary

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

  • Review all materials for correctness

  • Provide any required verification codes (OTP) or additional details needed to complete applications

Delays in providing required information may impact service timelines.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase

  • Services are considered reserved upon payment

Due to the nature of digital and service-based offerings:

  • Resume Templates are non-refundable after purchase

  • Custom Resume and Cover Letter services are non-refundable once work has begun

  • Full Service Packages are non-refundable

 

Exception:
A refund may only be considered if your Full Service has not started within forty-five (45) business days from the date of booking.

7. Booking Terms (Capacity & Queue System)

CR Resumes operates on a limited-capacity model to maintain quality.

  • Only a limited number of clients are actively serviced at any time

  • Purchasing a Full Service Package reserves your place in the queue

  • Package availability may change at any time due to demand

  • Services are fulfilled based on availability and scheduling capacity

8. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and deliverables remain the property of CR Resumes and are intended for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Resell

  • Redistribute

  • Share commercially

without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • CR Resumes is not liable for job rejections, missed opportunities, or employer decisions

  • We do not guarantee employment outcomes

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if:

  • These Terms are violated, or

  • There is misuse of our services
